Discovering Light Book

Discovering Light is an experiential registry through visual storytelling documenting post-pandemic New York City in black-and-white. It’s an inspiring visual journey interconnected by the passing seasons highlighting elements of isolation, architecture, despair and resilience, in which photographer Kevin Pineda Gould creates a world for the viewer free from color. Through his use of light and shadow, Gould presents an ethereal New York City where subjectivity and the subconscious are the protagonists.
